What the inspector will ask to see

  • Your permit, current, with every modificationEvery permit sets its own limits, monitoring frequencies and reporting. 40 CFR 122.45(d), 122.48
  • Sampling records at the frequencies the permit setsEach record shows the date, place and time of sampling, who sampled, the analysis date, who analysed, the method and the result; keep at least 3 years. 40 CFR 122.41(j)

    Samples, reports and renewal dates go on one calendar with owners and due dates. We track exceedances until they are closed out.

    We prepare the monthly reports for your signature and keep the binder assembled year-round.

The city or facility stays the permittee and the operator of record, and its operators are its own.
