Food Hygiene - Course Details

This course covers all areas of hygiene designed for those who handle, prepare or serve food directly within the catering sector.

By law, food handlers must have basic knowledge and understanding of food hygiene and know how to work safely so as to protect the food from contamination. This course provides candidates with up-to date information on government legislation and hygiene information, the course is delivered through the use of PowerPoint, interactive group discussions and expertise’s and videos.

Each candidate will complete a short exam at the end proving competence and on successful completion will receive an accredited certificate of completion.
